Aixien has been at Montell & Partners since 2016 and is based at the Gothenburg office. Her focus lies mainly on strategic issues within the areas of organization and business development – both in the private and public sector. She has conducted a number of due diligences and business plans in a variety of industries, among several different projects.
Aixien holds a M.Sc. in Innovation and Industrial Management from School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
Amanda joined Montell & Partners in 2020 and is based at the Gothenburg office. She has a great interest in strategy and improvement work, with project experiences within logistics and business development. Amanda has worked with organizations in various industries and conducted projects focusing on optimizing business for small firms as well as in large, global companies.
Amanda holds a M.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, with a focus on Quality and Operations Management. She has a growing interest and experience working in an international context, both from working in projects with multi-nationality teams and having an exchange period at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona.
Annika is primarily focused on assignments related to operations management (e.g. supply chain management, purchasing, finance) and Project Manager for implementing ERP-system. Annika has been strategic advisor and project manager for a number of projects including supply chain audit and implementation of new logistics solutions, outsourcing of warehousing, implementing IT-system for Budget and Business Intelligence tool and ERP. Prior to Annika’s work at Montell & Partners she was working for SAS Trading where she held a position as logistics manager and manager of purchasing control for a period of two and a half years. Before her work at SAS Trading, she worked for two years as business area controller for Lindex’ purchasing department.
Annika has a B.Sc. in Business and Economics at Örebro University.
Carl Christian LammPartner
Carl Christian Lamm
Carl Christian works mainly in the area of Project/Product Portfolio Management and Innovation Management solutions. He also has experience in Business Intelligence and advanced reporting, as well as design and development of custom software. Prior to Carl Christian’s work at Montell & Partners he was working for Andersen Consulting and Resco as an IT consultant. Carl Christian also has work experience from Hi3G and ABB, where he started his career as an executive trainee.
Carl Christian has a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Lund University Faculty of Engineering.
Caroline has been with Montell & Partners since 2015 and has been involved in multiple projects related to business development, strategy, and process- and IT-development. Since 2017 Caroline has been working as project manager in both consultant and customer teams.
Caroline has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, with a focus on entrepreneurship and business design.
Christian is a founding partner at Montell & Partners. He is based in Gothenburg and his work is focused on corporate finance, strategy and organization. Christian has been the strategic advisor for a number of projects including merger and acquisitions, due diligence, post-merger integration, developing business plans, re-organizations and establishment of new businesses/business models. Christian has also extensive experience in the area of supply chain strategies and footprint analysis. Prior to Christian’s work at Montell & Partners he was a manager for Arthur D. Little, where he worked in both Gothenburg and Palo Alto, USA.
Christian holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a M.Sc. in Business Economics and Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.
Daniel’s work has mainly been focused on delivering Product Portfolio and Innovation Management solutions. He has also been involved in financial services as well as business intelligence. Previously Daniel Broms has been working within IT consulting for companies like Accenture and Resco, as well as started and managed his own IT company, Canopus.
Daniel has a M.Sc. in Industrial Management from Chalmers University of Technology.
Erik has been at Montell & Partners since 2016 and is based in Gothenburg. Erik is working with strategy and business development, project management, IT and Supply Chain Management. Before joining Montell & Partners, Erik has been working in Canada as a Logistics Manager within the automotive industry.
Erik has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
Erik has been part of Montell & Partners since 2010. His work is focused on issues concerning strategy, organization and operational efficiency. Erik has among other things conducted projects focusing on supply chain strategies, commercial due diligence, growth strategies, marketing platforms and after market strategies. Erik has conducted international projects within industries such as automotive, retail and the manufacturing industry.
Erik has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Business Economics and Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.
Henrik is one of the founders of Montell & Partners and has more than 20 years of experience from management consulting within a wide range of functional and industrial practices. He is focused on supply chain and IT-management including ERP- and BI-related assignments. Henrik has vast experience from several large program and project management positions as well as interim line manger roles related to efficiency and effectiveness improvement of business processes and IT-systems. Prior to Montell & Partners, Henrik has been working together with A.T. Kearney, SIAR-Bossard/Gemini Consulting, and Arthur D. Little.
Henrik holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.
Jacob has been a part of Montell & Partners since 2005 and is based in Gothenburg. His work is focused on organization, strategy and supply chain management, mainly working with change management and process management focus. A core discipline for Jacob is footprint analysis and footprint design focusing on how to optimize the supply chain over time. He has a long experience of working with both private and public organizations.
Jacob has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Gothenburg.
Jacob has been a partner at Montell & Partners since 2013 and is based in Malmö. His work is focused on issues concerning purchasing, logistics, supply chain strategies and other areas within operations management. Jacob has a wide experience from projects focused on improving clients’ results, reduce capital employed and improving delivery performance. Jacob has held positions as purchasing manager in several industrial companies, among others within SKF with responsibilities for purchasing operations in 10 countries. Prior to Jacobs work at Montell & Partners he was a partner at Sourcing Partners. He also has consulting experiences from Arthur D. Little and Adcore.
Jacob holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.
Johanna has been at Montell & Partners since 2017 but has been part of the management consultancy industry since 2014. Johanna has a broad experience from working with purchasing, strategy, sales and project management. She has been working in several industries such as automotive, MedTech, FMCG and construction.
Johanna holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculty of Engineering (LTH), Lund University, with a Major in Business and Innovation.
Louise joined Montell and Partners in 2018 and is based in Gothenburg. Louise has developed a passion for Lean-Agile methodologies applied in a digital and product development environment. She has experience from Agile transformation in the automotive industry, working with Supply Chain Management at several global firms, and applying principles from Lean and Six Sigma in product development projects and industries.
Louise holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology with a focus on Quality and Operations management. She has also an international background from living in five countries within Asia and Europe, including an exchange semester at Politecnico di Milano.
Marcus joined Montell & Partners from his previous position in 2017 and is based in Gothenburg. Marcus’s main area of expertise is Supply Chain Management and some of his previous projects include international Supply Chain Transformation, Project Portfolio Management and developing Business Plans. In his work he has also developed a special interest and expertise in Industry 4.0 and digitalization.
Marcus holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology with a focus on Quality and Operations Management. Marcus is also a certified Six Sigma black belt.
Martin is partner at Montell & Partners and works within Innovation Management. With a PhD within R&D Management, Martin works with solutions for strategic product planning, as well as operative management of global R&D units. Martin has 15 years of experience as Management Consultant within this area, always focusing on creating lasting change via Change Management methods and knowledge of how to drive implementation.
Philip has worked within a large number of strategic areas including global supply chain, corporate finance and strategy & organization. He has also conducted projects such as turnarounds, due diligence and starting up new business areas. Philip has experience from working with organizations within several different industries with activities in Europe, Americas and APAC, including more than 10 years of experience from the automotive industry.
Philip has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, a B.Sc. in Business Economics and Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law as well as studies within Essential leadership at London Business School.
Tobias has been an employee at Montell & Partners since 2010 and is based at the Malmö office. He works mainly with application development and technical solutions. Delivered solutions covers both web and client application development, often including a database layer.
Tobias has a B.Sc. in Informatics and a B.Sc. in Japanese from the University of Lund. He wrote the bachelor dissertation for Informatics in cooperation with Sony Ericsson.
Torgny has been part of Montell & Partners since 2005 and is primarily focusing on Information Technology assignments. He has previously worked for Arthur D. Little and has over 10 years of experience as an IT-consultant with a wide range of practices covering more or less everything from strategic issues to hands on application development. Prior to Montell & Partners Torgny built up an IT consultant company – Canopus AB. The company was sold to Resco AB in 2000 and Torgny became the Region Manager for Resco from 2000 until 2005, when he left for Montell & Partners.
Torgny holds a M. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
Camilla has been associated with Montell & Partners since 2010 and is based in Gothenburg. She has since 2005 worked with different types of management support, sales and market communication. Camilla has had the virtue to work with management in those companies and public organizations that she has performed projects for, where projects have been critical for the total success of the client. In several cases Camilla has taken on formal roles within the clients’ organizations when needed, e.g. as Vice President and in head of new business developments. Camilla is fearless, goal determined, perceptive, structured, energetic and sociable. She is good at leading and working in teams as well as developing networks within the organizations that she has had the opportunity to work for.
