Aixien Hua

Aixien Hua

Aixien has been at Montell & Partners since 2016 and is based at the Gothenburg office. As a business analyst Aixien’s main task is to provide with analytical support and input in the case teams. Aixien has been involved in projects concerning due diligence, business plans and business development.

Aixien holds a M.Sc. in Innovation and Industrial Management from School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Annika Wikström

Annika Wikström

Annika is primarily focused on assignments related to operations management (e.g. supply chain management, purchasing, finance) and Project Manager for implementing ERP-system. Annika has been strategic advisor and project manager for a number of projects including supply chain audit and implementation of new logistics solutions, outsourcing of warehousing, implementing IT-system for Budget and Business Intelligence tool and ERP.

Prior to Annika’s work at Montell & Partners she was working for SAS Trading where she held a position as logistics manager and manager of purchasing control for a period of two and a half years. Before her work at SAS Trading, she worked for two years as business area controller for Lindex’ purchasing department. Annika has a B.Sc. in Business and Economics at Örebro University, Sweden.

Carl Christian LammPartner

Carl Christian’s work is focused on delivering Product Portfolio and Innovation Management solutions. He has also been involved in Business Intelligence projects, as well as system evaluations. Prior to Carl Christian’s work at Montell & Partners he was working for Andersen Consulting and Resco as an IT consultant. Carl Christian also has experience from Hi3G and ABB, where he started his career as an executive trainee. Carl Christian has a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Lund University Faculty of Engineering.

Caroline Egeland

Caroline Egeland

Caroline is based in Gothenburg and has been a part of Montell & Partners since 2015. She has been involved in project concerned to footprint analysis, business plans and business development. Caroline has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, with a focus on entrepreneurship and business design.

Christian is a founding partner at Montell & Partners. He is based in Gothenburg and his work is focused on corporate finance, strategy and organization. Christian has been the strategic advisor for a number of projects including merger and acquisitions, post-merger integration, developing business plans, re-organizations and establishment of new businesses/business models. Christian has also extensive experience in the area of supply chain strategies and footprint analysis. Prior to Christian’s work at Montell & Partners he was a manager for Arthur D. Little, where he worked in both Gothenburg and Palo Alto, USA with issues regarding due diligence, strategy design and organization. Christian holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a M.Sc. in Business Economics and Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.

Daniel’s work has mainly been focused on delivering Product Portfolio and Innovation Management solutions. He has also been involved in financial services as well as business intelligence. Previously Daniel Broms has been working within IT consulting for companies like Accenture and Resco, as well as started and managed his own IT company, Canopus. Daniel has a M.Sc. in Industrial Management from Chalmers University of Technology.

Erik Asker

Erik has been at Montell & Partners since 2016 and is based in Gothenburg. Before joining Montell & Partners, Erik has been working in Canada as a Logistics Manager within the automotive industry. Erik has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, with a focus on Supply Chain Management.

Erik has been part of Montell & Partners since 2010. His work is focused on issues concerning strategy, organization and operational efficiency. Erik has among other things conducted projects focusing on supply chain strategies, purchasing cost reduction, net operating capital reduction, marketing platforms and after market strategies. Erik has conducted international projects within industries such as automotive, retail and manufacturing industry.

Erik has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Business Economics and Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.

Hedvig Aspenberg

Hedvig Aspenberg

Hedvig is based in Gothenburg and has been part of Montell & Partners since 2012. Her work focuses on strategy & organization, project management and innovation. Hedvig is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has done Six Sigma project work at AB Volvo. Hedvig’s experience include analyzing and improving organizations, processes and projects for increased efficiency, creating strategies and structures for enhanced innovation processes, corporate valuation including investment projects and purchasing improvement projects. Hedvig has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, with a focus on quality and operations management.

Henrik is a founding partner at Montell & Partners since the firm was founded in 2004. His work is focused on issues concerning supply chain management, and Henrik has been the project manager for several national and international supply chain related projects. Prior to Henrik’s work at Montell & Partners, he was a senior manager for Arthur D. Little, where he worked with issues primarily regarding to supply chain management. Henrik has also worked for Gemini Consulting and A.T. Kearney in Stockholm before joining Arthur D. Little in Gothenburg. Henrik holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.

Jacob Axenborg

Jacob Axenborg

Jacob’s work is focused on organization, strategy and supply chain management, mainly working with change management and process management focus. A core discipline for Jacob is footprint analysis and footprint design focusing on how to optimize the supply chain over time. He has a long experience of working with both private and public organizations. Jacob has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Gothenburg.

Jacob is a partner at Montell & Partners since 2013. He is based in Malmö and his work is focused on issues concerning purchasing, logistics, supply chain strategies and other areas within operations management. Jacob has a wide experience from projects focused on improving the Clients results, reduce capital employed and improving delivery performance. Jacob  has held positions as purchasing manager in several industrial companies. Among others is within SKF with responsibilities for purchasing operations in 10 countries.  Prior to Jacobs work at Montell & Partners he was a Partner at Sourcing Partners. He also has consulting experiences from Arthur D. Little and Adcore. Jacob holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.

Joakim Nes Olsson

Joakim Nes Olsson

Joakim has been at Montell & Partners since 2016 and is based in Gothenburg. Previous to joining Montell & Partners, Joakim founded and managed a start-up within technology transfer of biotechnologies. Joakim has also worked with talent acquisition within the area of software engineering. Joakim has a M.Sc. in Entrepreneurship and Business Design and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, both from Chalmers University of Technology.

Johanna Sandén

Johanna Sandén

Johanna has been at Montell & Partners since 2017 but has been part of the management consultancy industry since 2014. Johanna has a broad experience from working with purchasing, strategy, sales and project management. She has been working in several industries such as automotive, MedTech, FMCG and building materials trade.

Johanna holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculty of Engineering (LTH), Lund University, with a Major in Business and Innovation.

John Höglund

John Höglund

John has been at Montell & Partners since 2017 and is based at the Gothenburg office. John is working with purchasing, business plans and market analysis among other things. Before joining Montell & Partners John was working for Danske Capital in Copenhagen with asset allocation.

John holds a M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School including exchange semesters at Fudan University in Shanghai and INSEEC Business School in Paris.

Leon is a founding partner at Montell & Partners since the firm was founded in 2004. His work is focused on business development, strategy and organization as well as operational assignments. Leon has been the strategic advisor for a number of projects including mergers and acquisitions, strategy, reorganizations and business development, supply chain development, IT and lean production implementation. Prior to Leon’s work at Montell & Partners he was a Partner at Arthur D. Little, where he worked with issues regarding operational management, strategy design and organization. Leon had before that various line positions as logistic manager for Luna (a wholesaler) and Sjögrens (an industrial distributor). He is also a board member of some owner-driven companies. Leon holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Linköping University of Technology.

Martin is partner at Montell and works within Innovation Management. With a PhD within R&D Management, Martin works with solutions for Strategic Product Planning, as well as operative management of global R&D units. Martin has 15 years as Management Consultant within this area, always focusing creating lasting change via Change Management methods and knowledge of how to drive implementation.

Martin Tennman

Martin Tennman

Martin is primarily focused on the areas Innovation Management and Application Development. Technical solutions cover web, databases as well as advanced reporting, often based on the Microsoft platform. Martin has previously been working in area of Trading and Risk management at one of largest banks in the Nordic region, where he has both been trading rates and developing risk management systems. Martin has a M.Sc. in Information Technology from Linköping University Institute of Technology.

Niklas Tedenbrant

Niklas is based in Gothenburg and has been a part of Montell & Partners since 2014. Niklas is working with business intelligence, project management and IT, as well as KPI development and strategy. Before joining Montell & Partners, Niklas worked for the patent department at Electrolux AB, where he worked with a new tool for budgeting and cost predictions. Niklas has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, with a focus on entrepreneurship and business design.

Philip’s work is focused on issues concerning corporate finance, strategy and organization and Philip has conducted projects such as turnarounds, due diligence and startup of a new business area. He has also been project leader in Supply Chain related projects including footprint analysis. Prior to Philip’s work at Montell & Partners he has been working with Product Portfolio Development for Volvo Construction Equipment and supplier development for ABB Robotics. Philip has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, a B.Sc. in Business Economics and Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law as well as studies within Essential leadership at London Business School.

Tobias Dersén

Tobias Dersén

Tobias works mainly with application development and technical solutions. Delivered solutions covers both web and client application development, often including a database layer. Tobias has a B.Sc.in Informatics and a B.Sc. in Japanese from the University of Lund, and wrote the bachelor dissertation for Informatics in cooperation with Sony Ericsson.

Torgny Lindholm has been part of Montell & Partners since 2005 and is primarily focusing on Information Technology assignments. Torgny has previously worked for Arthur D. Little and has over 10 years of experience as an IT-consultant with a wide range of practices covering more or less everything from strategic issues to hands on application development. Prior to Montell & Partners Torgny built up an IT consultant company – Canopus AB. The company was sold to Resco AB in 2000. Torgny became the Region Manager for Resco from 2000 until 2005, when he left for Montell & Partners. Torgny holds a M. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
