Recruiting
Montell & Partners has since the start recruited most of its employees by pinpointing highly talented students that are in the last phase of their studies at one of the top universities in Sweden and/or abroad. Montell & Partners appreciates individuals that have a desire to develop their analytical skills as well as their creativity. Other aspects that we find important are the willingness of taking initiatives and high social skills. Most of the individuals at Montell & Partners have a M.Sc. in Engineering and/or a M.Sc. in Business Economics.
The work at Montell & Partners often starts as an internship and the reason for this is that we want both parties to find out how it is to work together before employment is offered.
