Montell & Partners appreciates individuals who have a desire to develop their analytical skills as well as their creativity. Other aspects that we find important are the willingness to take initiative and high social skills. Most of the individuals at Montell & Partners have a M.Sc. in Engineering and/or a M.Sc. in Business Economics.

At Montell & Partners, you will already from start working in teams with both client projects and teams dedicated to the development of our firm. As Montell & Partners is a smaller firm, you will work with a wide range of projects and tasks, and you will also be given the chance to impact the future of the firm. When starting at Montell & Partners you will be assigned a senior colleague as a personal coach to enhance your development through your career.
Montell & Partners offers tailor-made internships, designed to suit both your and our preferences. The internships are performed during the semesters on full-time or part-time alongside your studies and you will from the start work on client projects and get the chance to get real work-life experience. The internship will give you the chance to get to know us as a firm in depth and to ensure that we are the right choice for you as a future employer.

Most of our customers have Swedish and/or English as corporate language and to be able to support all our clients, a requirement for employment is being able to speak/write both Swedish and English on proficient level.
